    Hi Guys,

Mary here. Had another TURBT last Thursday at Abington Hospital. Have an appointment with my urologist tomorrow afternoon.
Needless to say, I am quite anxious to hear what he has to say. I am in the process of making an appointment at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Phila. for a second opinion.
My doctor will give me whatever records I need and I will just ask a fresh set of eyes to review everything. I do not think my cancer is life-threatening, but I have been dealing with BCG for three years now, and still having recurrence.
I wrote to Dr. Lamm a few months ago and he suggested that too high a dose of BCG could actually suppress the immune system and allow malignancy to recur.
I will discuss this issue with my doc. He told me that he has attended several lectures by Dr. Lamm and that he calls him a strong doctor.
So, I’ll let you know what I hear tomorrow, but for now, I am quite anxious.
Thanks for any input you can share that would make me feel better!!

    Well
Bladder cancer does have a nasty habit of reoccuring. And it sucks big time!
The next step may be to have that nasty bladder removed along with all the stuff inside.
But your Dr will give you the options better than I

    Best of luck

    George
