Had my 6 wk. post BCG(actually 7 wk. because of scheduling issues) cysto today at MDA. Got a “Looks Good” from the Doc and will start the 3 wk.BCG maint.on 10/5. This was the first time that I have been able to watch as the procedure is done. The Doc was very patient with me as I asked alot of questions like “what is that”,”where are we in the bladder now” and such. The biopsy sites were very evident as were a couple of areas that I was told were BCG irritations. All in all I am thankful that the BCG is working and hopeful that it will continue to be effective. Thanks for everyones support and my thoughts and prayers are with all my brothers and sisters fighting this disease.

    Ken,

Congrats and glad MDA worked for you! Notes like yours are always welcome & encouraging.

Isn’t Texas great this time of year! 62 degrees this AM. Great to be alive!

Congrats Ken! Glad to hear that it is going well. Hope the BCG continues to go well for you. It’s nice when the docs are open to questions and informative.
