Noninvasive low grade papillary urothelial carcinoma. No invasion of Lamina propria noted. No invasion of included muscularis propria is noted.

From what I understand this is good news (that C word is still pretty terrifying). The doctor says no further treatment besides cystoscopy every three months. I have started the process for a second opinion at the university of Michigans urology oncology center but I do feel good about this diagnosis (I think). These last few weeks have been so scary and stressful. Thank you all for your kind words and support I am so glad I found this community!

    This is good news actually.
But be sure to be vigilant and keep those appointments.

By the way of a little humor……
I myself never give cancer any respect….. therefore I never use a capital c when I spell it.

Well, if you HAVE to have bladder cancer, this is about as good as it gets.

Good luck…and be sure to keep those appointments!!
