I had bladder cancer surgery 6 weeks ago. I had chemo in my bladder. I’m still experiencing pain in my urethra. I have a lot of pressure in my uterus. They had me on oxybutin I stopped taking it 2 days ago was having side effects. I can’t get any straight answer from my doctor. Very frustrating. Has anyone else had this type of problem. They are telling me it’s chemo burn. Does it go away

If I was still experiencing for 6 weeks what you have described I’d be on the phone wanting to be seen. What was dx as chemo burn might very well be the case but, I’d want a confirmation and then some relief via meds or any other therapy.

DX 5/6/2008 TAG3 papillary tumor .5 CM in size. 2 TURBS followed by 6 instillations of BCG weekly with a second round of 6 after a 6 week wait.
