Off to the races
Folks I am leaving Orlando tonight as the Tampa VA wants me there at 5am. (must be a military thing). I have opted to choose the neobladder as my preference; understanding that things may change once the surgeon is in there. Mainly I wanted to thank all of you for answers to questions and posting your experiences so I could learn more about what is happening and going to happen with me. I will keep you posted as to my progress when I return home.

May I be the first to say good luck, my husbands starting time was 5 am as well, had to leave here at 4 am,, Gene is a veitnam vet as well, what year were you there, Gene was 1rst Infantry, big red 1, year was 1965 to 1966. Hope you have good family support, and a loving caregiver. Gene had no chemo or rad after surgery, clear of all cancer, hope it is the same for you…Ginger
