Hello Herb. The good news is you’re home, that is when healing really
starts. If getting up and down is a real pain as it was for me, i used a foam pillow wedge, that really helped. Glad your home. Hang in there.

Hi: I had Ileal conduit and even complicated with infection C-Dif I was in 10 days.
Age 72 had radical 9/11/10 have conduit everything is fine, grateful to be a cancer survivor. Lost Dad and Brother to Cancer both in their 50’s.It took me ten days in hospital for my neo. Like Bill said the stomach working is offen the biggest factor. If no other problems
6 to 10 days is normal.
DukeHi hwg,
For the neo bladder I was told I would be in the hospital 10 to 14 days. It all depends on how well things are going. The biggest issue for release is getting the stomach back up and running. Passing gas and having bowel movements are what they look for. I was in for 6 days, I was determined to get out and the biggest help for the stomach was walking and chewing gum.
