My thoughts on Upcoming Tests – by Liz
(Hi all! I’m posting this for a fellow warrior by the name of Liz. This was posted in the Blog section, since she’s asking for a reply, I am going to copy and paste here. I was diagnosed in March of 2003, I had two bladder tumors, they were removed and I am closely checked. In Nov of 2007 ,I had my first reoccurance, so they did some plucking method to remove what was there. It was a malgn tumor again, so now I am back to every 3 months for cysto’s.
This coming monday I have my cysto and also the have to do the retrogade xrays(where they put stints in and then the dye, not looking forward to this. Because the one time I had it done before, it was lots of backache. I am hoping that it will go easy!!!
I do considered my self lucky almost 5 yrs and no signs of a tumor(my dr said expect this to come back) They jsut keep checking me closely. the cysto’s are starting to get to me, so my Dr gave me something to relax with, I haven’t had the chance to use it yet, becase of my new circumstance.
Can anyone shed some light on any of this please.

What was your Stage and Grade and have you had BCG treatments???
