My neck
Posted by dieseldoc on November 22, 2011 at 11:02 pmGot back from the doctors office. Have some bad news on my neck. Doc said their is nothing more that can be done. What I have got is what I have got. He put me on permanent lite duty. I cannot lift any thing over 10lbs and gave me an unlimited supply of pain and Musial relaxer meds.

The disks were fixed the first of sept, and the vain is fixed. I have 4 fused disks in my neck and a badly damaged nerve that can’t be fixed given its location. As for the doctor , he is the orthopedic doctor for the Missouri university tigers and allot of famous people. I don’t think there is any better around here. But I am going to get an appointment for a neurologist to see what he can do.

What the heck???
I thought they fixed the discs and last I remember you had been sent to a specialist to fix a ruptured vein.
What’s wrong with your neck now? Forgive me not knowing as I sometimes mark posts read if I’m really behind in reading if things are real busy at work.Sorry to hear you have more problems with it.

My opinions are my own and do not reflect the opinion of ABLCS or anyone else. I am not a doctor nor do I play one on TV.Maybe that is all HE can do for you… do you think there would be any value in getting a referral to another specialist? I know you probably don’t even want to think about starting that process over again, but give it some thought in a couple of days.
So sorry about all this… :(
