    Had my annual checkup yesterday..  Thirteen (13) years and it is all good!!  Of course we still have the urine cytology report to wait for but that doesn’t worry me.  Don’t really think about it until about a week before my appointment….and then I do.  So grateful!

    Congrats, Sara Anne. We are all fortunate to be able the treat and beat this! Here’s hoping to many more good reports.


    DX 5/6/2008 TAG3 papillary tumor .5 CM in size. 2 TURBS followed by 6 instillations of BCG weekly with a second round of 6 after a 6 week wait.

    Congratulations – Always good to hear long term success. My 6 mo. Cysto is in a couple of weeks and like you I don’t really think about it until the time draws near. I hope you have many, many more years of good health.

    7/18 Gross hematuria; 8/18 TURBT: papillary urothelial carcinoma, LG, T1; 12/18 TURB: benign urothelial mucosa, cystitis; 9/19 TURBT: papillary urothelial carcinoma, HG noninvasive; 6/20 TURB: NED, inflammation; 10/21 TURB: NED, inflammation.
