Kidney hemorrhage, bloody urine 8 days post TURBT
Hi, I’m 4 days away from my biopsy results of my bladder.
I’m a 34 year old female, I’ve had symptoms of a recurrent UTI including visible blood and clots and tissue for the past two years.
During a CT scan of my kidneys after i was hospitalized with a sudden kidney hemorrhage, (incredibly rare) they noticed two dark masses in my kidney, and a thickening of my bladder wall.
Now they did a cytoscopy and decided they definatly wanted a biopsy.
I’m 8 days post TURBT and my blood pressure has been very high, like today its down to 145/101 (which is lower then it has been in weeks) I hadn’t had any blood in my urine 3 days after the TURBT but the last two nights I’ve filled the toilet with blood dark reddish orange, once a night.
I’m confused, and wondering if I should report this to my urologist or wait until I see him in three days. -

Anything that is unusual and worrying needs to be discussed with the urology practice. I find it easier to contact the nurse and tell her my tale….
