Husband urethral cancer
My husband has just been diagnoised with urethral cancer, he had bladder cancer in 2002 and then it was in the kidney 3 years ago and had a kidney removed. Now he has it in the urethral and we go see the dr today to see what they want to do..I am not sure what to expect and wonder if anyone has gone through this and maybe give me some ideas as to what to ask the dr.

We just got back from the dr and they are going to do a laser surgery to the area. And then go back in a couple months to see what it looks like then…thanks for the reply.

sneaky cancer!! Here is a page from the NCI…and a lot depends on the stage and grade of the cancer. This page describes treatment but see the links on the side of the page for full description and reading that will probably confuse you but it really explains it well.
