    DX 5/6/2008 TAG3 papillary tumor .5 CM in size. 2 TURBS followed by 6 instillations of BCG weekly with a second round of 6 after a 6 week wait.

    Just to update you all, Doug had a FISH test and those results were good. He also had his 6 month CT scan this week and saw the oncologist. All is good. His next scope will be in September.

    Anita, IF the cells were found in urine cytology, please remember that these tests are NOTORIOUS for false positives!!

    Hold the phone….abnormal cells found in the cytology. I am NOT a happy camper.

    Alan – Hoping you have a quick and trouble-free recovery. My MIL had open heart surgery about 1 1/2 ago and it takes a while to get back to “normal”. Thinking of you!
