I ditto everyone else. I am not sure diet “cures” but, it can’t help. I take blueberries (or dark berries like blackberries with breakfast) most of the time as there are some studies that these types of dark berries help with anti-oxidants and drink 3-4 ounces of pomegranate juice before going to bed as that will hit the urinary system pure. I still laugh at myself after 6 years of doing this but, it can’t hurt. I also increased my veggie intake like broccoli. At least when I go the hear yonder I can say I ate well!!! :cheer:
This is my story and “I am sticking with it”! LOL
DX 5/6/2008 TAG3 papillary tumor .5 CM in size. 2 TURBS followed by 6 instillations of BCG weekly with a second round of 6 after a 6 week wait.If we knew the answer to this question we would be GUZILLIONAIRES!!!!!!
We can only Hope that the diet, environment, lifestyle, attitude, luck, good genes and millions of other factors prevent cancer from occurring.I will not throw “eating right” out the window. So keep on with a plant based diet. And keep those checkups coming anyway.
I guess I’ve grown cynical about things that “cure” or “prevent” cancer. But if they advertise it on the internet….. it must be true, Right? Cuz they can’t advertise it on the internet if it wasn’t true. Right?

New Man! [/size]Eating healthy is never a bad idea!! BUT don’t expect a “cure” from any kind of diet or supplement. Remember that cancer takes years to develop and, once the cells are malignant, or the tissues are at the verge, the damage is done. For example, smoking years ago does damage that can lead to bladder cancer or lung cancer a decade or more down the line.
However, eating a healthy diet can help your immune system fight back. Just remember that there are no “miracle cures.”

Forum ModeratorDoug does eat a lot more brocolli than he used to. He has also been treated with BCG and has always gone to all appointments. Some people on the forum have talked about brocolli sprouts. I figure none of this can hurt.
