  Is there an increased risk of recurrence due to 8 week delay of BCG post TURBT?

  I assume that you have had the TURB and the first BCG is scheduled 8 weeks out? I believe that my urologist waited 6 weeks…some do it sooner. They want to be sure that you are completely healed from the surgery or the BCG can be very dangerous. Eight weeks won’t make any difference.. You will do fine.
