    Suzy,

    Sounds inconclusive at this point. If it is just the ureter and they move fast, then maybe the kidney will be fine. Depending on how much of the ureter is a problem, it would seem like they could just remove the cancerous part (if it is cancer there) with the result being a shorter ureter.

    In any case, I HOPE that further testing results in a conclusive “no problem”.

    2/2014 ct result…spread to liver, kidneys, and lymph system

    thank u for your reply my ct scan was yesterday i rang my oncology nurse today and she said my results were inconclusive she has passed my results on to my consultant who will get bac to me in the week ahead
    my last cyto was an all clear on my bladder that was only 3 weeks ago i already had nephrourectomy so uro was scanning my remaining kidney and ureter there seems to b some sort of tightning or nipping of ureter showing on ivp that is why i had ct scan i hav no symptoms and i am fit and well which i also was at my DX in the begining
    so i am rather freaked out at the moment and wonderin wot treatment plan that he will hav for me if my cancer is back
    didnt realize u could hav all this other treatment after nephrourectomy

    Suzy,

    I know this news has hit you hard. When will he be getting back to you? What other tests will he be performing since he is not 100% sure just from looking at the CT scan? Sending you a big ((Hug)) and hoping the CT is wrong.
