Below are contraindications of intravesical BCG, listed in a urology book in a library. It does not include colonoscopy.  I actually have had colonoscopy a few times in the past and the doctor got rid of polyps.  I was sedated but not with general anesthesia.  So, as Allan and Jack said, no procedures in colonoscopy I had indicate contraindications for intravesical BCG treatment.  Best

    Strong contraindications
    Immunosuppressed and immunocompromised patients
Immediately after transurethral resection on the basis of the risk
    of intravasation and septic death
    Personal history of BCG sepsis
    Gross hematuria (intravasation risk)
    Traumatic catheterization (intravasation risk)
Total incontinence (patient will not retain agent)

    Medium contraindications
    Urinary tract infection (intravasation risk)
Liver disease (precludes treatment with isoniazid if sepsis
    occurs)
Personal history of tuberculosis (risk theorized but unknown)
    Poor overall performance status
    Advanced age

Potential contraindications but with no or insufficient data

Patients with prosthetic materials have not been shown to have
increased risk of infectious or other complications in limited
    literature (Rosevear et al., 2010)
    Ureteral reflux
Anti–tumor necrosis factor medications (theoretically predispose
    to BCG sepsis)

    Moses19,

COLONOSCOPY is an examination of the bowels via the rectum and bears little to no relationship to the  bladder cancer drug BCG.

CYSTOSCOPY is the examination of the bladder via the urethra; it is the primary method of monitoring the bladder during treatment for cancer. BCG is used to treat bladder cancer.

I am not sure I totally understand your question but, will add a few thoughts. If you going to have a colonoscopy, you are probably good to go with BCG as we are talking a digestive system vs urinary tract. At the same time, none of us are doctors so I would definitely have both doctors be in a consult. If you are talking cystectomy (not colonoscopy), you need to know the grade and stage of any tumor to decide what to do..

DX 5/6/2008 TAG3 papillary tumor .5 CM in size. 2 TURBS followed by 6 instillations of BCG weekly with a second round of 6 after a 6 week wait.
