  Now

  I received my latest pathology results from my 2nd TUR and it says pappilary urothelial carcinoma with focal glandular differentiation invading muscularis propia

  You should discuss your pathology report with your Urologist ASAP. Based on what you are stating above, the tumor has invaded the muscle of the bladder, which means you have have muscle invasive bladder cancer.
