bladder cancer pain when to go to emergency room?
Hello everyone and god bless you all.
My dad has had bladder cancer for two years now along with lung cancer both are seperate. He has just finished radiation treatment on lung and is very fatiuged but his bladder is giving him severe pain and he is not urinating enough he hardly gets out of bed and I am concerned if i should take him to the hospitol to maybe have a catherter put in to relieve some of his bladder pain he is scheduled this tuesday for a bladder scraping but do not know if i should wait. Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated.

Call the doctor and have him alert the E.R. so you don’t have to wait too long…that’s my feeling here. The pain needs to be treated, the cause needs to be found.
