    hello again everyone been offline for awhile but im back 6 months post neo bladder doing great go back to see dr. steinburg at u of chicago in march bladder working better then i expected even night time continent is really good only problem i seem to be having is some erectile disfunction even with viagra also cant keep taking these things there to exspensive any suggestions would be well appreciated thanks again and glad to see everyone

    Glad to see you back with us and doing so well! You have a great doctor. Dr. Steinburg did my neo over 3 and a half years ago and I have had no problems. As far as the ED, I agree with Mike that it can take a year or more for the nerves to heal. Hope things improve for you in that area in the future.

    Glad you are doing well! Not sure what to say on the ED. The shots are pretty expensive also (but they work better than anything I’ve tried) but even then they typically prescribe low dose of Viagra or Cialis to go along with it as it helps with blood flow which is of critical importance.

    My doc says it can take three years or more for things to work effectively without additional measures being taken.

    2/15/13 T4G3N3M1 distant metastases(at 53)
    9/2013 finished chemo -cancer free again
    1/2014 ct scan results….distant mets
    2/2014 ct result…spread to liver, kidneys, and lymph system
