Guess I am just a cynic….but only in the United States would the talk at a national meeting be “how to bill for it!!”
I do understand that if they cannot figure out how to bill for a partial dose they probably cannot give it to a patient but REALLY?? I guess when I was down to 1/3 dose because of side effects my insurance got billed for a full dose.
