The interaction between kidney cancer and bladder cancer (in my case) was of concern to my urologist due to teh variety of treatments tried. I was referred to a nephrologist for an opinion. The nephrologist asked lots of questions to determine if there were any effects on urine flow through the kidneys during BCG treatments.
You might ask your urologist if there is any concern in your husband’s situation that would warrant a consult. Only our doctors know enough about each of our individual conditions to make the evaluation.
