  Does anyone experience pain in the lower back? I get very severe back pain and also along the side. I have a neo bladder. Any comments would be appreciated.

  I still have my bladder so I have no experience from neo bladder. Back pain is usually from the kidneys. Tell your doctor at once about the pain. If there is restriction causing the pain, this could harm the kidney.
