anyone heard of EPIRUBICIN ?
Hello
i am going to be having 6 weeks intravesical EPIRUBICIN pending on my path report
i was ta g1 my last cyto my latest cyto yesterday revealed 6 tiny tumors which were scraped off
has any of you had or heard of this treatment ? :unsure: -

Read about all of them. Seems to be less cystitis with Epirubicin.

We confirmed the results of previous studies showing that 8.5 patients must be treated with a single instillation to prevent 1 recurrence. Furthermore, our data may indicate that only small recurrences are prevented, which could easily be fulgurated using local anesthesia at followup cystoscopy.
