Another hopeful update
Posted by pemquid on October 14, 2015 at 10:38 pmHad my annual cystoscopy yesterday, and continue to remain all clear. I know that recurrences can occur even after many years, but each year that goes by without one is certainly a relief.
Wishing all clears to everyone!

CaregiverThanks for sharing your good news. Reading about good results sure helps me keep a positive attitude as I start down a similar path. I hope I get my first of many ‘all clear’ reports when I go for my initial cystoscope in early December.
5/2015 4x2cm HG Ta Papillary TCC; 6 initial BCG followed by 3 sets of BCG maintenance. Ten scopes – all NED. Now at scope 1x year.Great to hear good news!! I am just waiting for a call from the hospital for my next cystoscopy this month.Haven·t started worrying about the scope yet- just that they haven·t forgotten to schedule me!!
DianeGreat News, Ann!! We have gotten ‘out of sync” probably because one of us was still on the six months deal. My next exam is next spring….and I WILL BE CLEAR ALSO!!
