Just had my 6-month cysto yesterday, and remain all clear (or as my Indian urologist says, “clean”). It’s now been almost 4 years since I had a recurrence, and one more year to go before I can go to yearly check-ups.

I’ve been so busy at work, and planning our upcoming trip to Europe, that I almost forgot about the check-up until last week when I read a couple of other postings here about “all clears.” I thought to myself, “These folks and I are on almost the same check-up schedule. Guess I’m due too!” I know some of you can’t imagine right now what it’s like to have bladder cancer check-ups get so routine that you almost forget about them, but hopefully that time will come for you too.

Godd luck Rocky! We’re going on a transatlantic voyage on the Queen Mary 2 from NY to Southampton, England, our first cruise ever. We’ll spend a week in England, visiting Cornwall and London, and take the Eurostar train from there to visit our son and daughter in law who are livng in the Netherlands for several years. they have a car, and we’ll go with them to the Franch Alps. It’s our 4oth anniversary, and now we also have my 6 month “all clear” to celebrate too.

Mike, How do you keep out doing yourself like that? The family and I got a kick out the Happy Feet. Good job.

George, You are going to come back with a clear report. We all know it, now you just have to prove us right.

PS: Wish this damn ball would tell me horse races, stocks, and lotteries but as with most things there are limitations! :D
