  Does anyone have experience with dementia and bladder cancer that has metastacized?
  81 year old with dementia, how to cope with him having chemo?

  That is a very hard question No I have not had any direct experience like this and I suspect that the situation is going to require real coordination between the urological and medical care teams . Do hope that they can come up with a treatment plan
