Alan nailed it. T-1 high grade here 3 years 4 turbt 3 BCG & 1 Gemzar with maintenance and scope 3 mos. now. Haven't felt this good in years for I have pretty much accepted my new life of "hey no guarantees" in life and I feel great this moment so smile and face each development with resolve (faith helps me too). I honestly just feel grateful it was found while still able to manage it to some degree. Could be back next week.... will go there when it takes me there knowing I got through it before. Good luck folks.

There are MANY studies that will vary stats so don't obsess over them. Each of us are individuals. There is lot of good AND bad info over the internet. All I will say stage 1, grade 3 (I presume you are high grade) favors slightly in % for no recurrences (have seen #'s of 30-50% for recurrences), smaller % on progression (10-20%), and it is much higher something else will eventually take your life. Stats are almost meaningless as every case is unique. As you are probably aware, recurrences are common and as stated progression still possible. It is a lifetime being watchful and each month a blessing! Keep your appointments. It is always one day at a time and go on with your life. I am 12 years clear.
