Alcohol Drinks after Diagnosed With Bladder Cancer

I've tried drinking alcohol on couple of occasions and it did not affect or irritate my bladder like before. I was fine. I also read couple of articles regarding this matter and every one of them made their conclusion as alcohol is not related to causing bladder cancer, or recurring it.

It's passed 2 month since i was diagnosed with bladder cancer stage I, and i have only 1 BCG left to inject into my bladder. I didn't ask my doctor about drinking alcohol, he is in a vacation and he wont comeback in 1 month.

Is it okay to drink alcohol? I remember in the past 1 year everytime i drank alcohol drinks my bladder got irritated a little, also cirtus fruits and tomato had the same effect of irritating.
