Thanks for reply Alan but I should clear my situation up a bit. I am 68 with severe spinal cord injuries and walking is barley capable without assist for years. Had couple heart attacks,, thyroid cancer, mid grade Barrett's dysplasia and a massive emergency gastric surgery.... all within last 8 years so my days of exercising are sadly low key now. I do feel overwhelmed all this now and seems the BCG failure was like my final hope. My Urologist that was doing Turbts & BCG 3 times over 2 years sent me to Oncologist at a training school here for said out of his league. Wait 8 hours past appointments to see Big Kahuna doctor and he see me 10 minutes then rushes off to next in line. I am losing faith in the whole process and thinking maybe just stop the train and put all in God's hands and not drag this out. Been fighting 1 mortal thing or other too many years now and this has really taken me down.

"Alan, what is your take on Gemzar intravesical in bladder 6 weeks after 2 & 1/2 full 6 week treatments BCG failed T1-G3? Had 1 Gemzar and wondering if just a waste of time. Thanks"

To me it is a worthwhile try. That said you don't want to go too long without results when having 2 prior groups of BCG failure. I presume your medical team are all on board?

I’m on my 5th week on BCG and so far I’m back to lite CrossFit and I ride twice a week. 1mountain and 1 road. I do use a nice saddle that relieves pressure on the tender area, it’s called an ISM (split saddle.) I use it on both bikes. It’s sooo comfy! The only side effect so far has been some fatigue, but you gotta force yourself to stay in shape!
