A simple blood test answers that one. Probably less than $10. What they are looking for is a big jump say from a 2.0 to 4.5 as opposed to a 2.2 to 2.4. I understand almost all males will have a slightly increasing number especially as we age. I am open to any correction if my observation off!

DX 5/6/2008 TAG3 papillary tumor .5 CM in size. 2 TURBS followed by 6 instillations of BCG weekly with a second round of 6 after a 6 week wait.

I had my third cytoscopy today. It was clean as were the first two. However, my urologist noticed that may prostate was slightly swollen. He suggested a PSA "down the road" Has anyone had to have a PSA afyer a cytoscopy and if so, how long would the waiting period be?
