PLEASE calm down...hard to do, I know. One major reason that they still do the definitive exam for bladder cancer by cystoscopy and then TURB if deemed necessary instead of just sending a urine sample for cytology is that the urine cytology tests very often come back with false positive results and cannot be depended on. They are an indicator that something might need investigating further, but are not proof of anything.
That being said, no-where in the report does it appear to say that there are cancer cells. There were a lot of "benign urothelial cells" ie, normal looking cells, and a very few (ie, rare) that were atypical...that is slightly funny looking. This is not a diagnosis of anything. It could be that the cells were somewhat strange looking due to BCG or some other treatment or just from the handling that they got before the tests were done.
Yes, you should definitely ask the urologist for his interpretation, but do not over think this one.
