My wife found a large cyst on my back a few weeks ago and my regular Dr. said it was just a fat deposit and we would take it off later. No hurry.
Well, I banged it on a chair while on vacation and "Bam" it hurt like crazy!
Went to see the Dr this week and he called the change "impressive" and left the office. Called a Surgeon to look at it that afternoon.
Went to the surgeon, and he opened me up and removed it immediatly! Sent it to the lab as a precaution but said it was NOT cancer. And now I have a new scar to show off.
So It's good news all around and more stories to tell(or not!) about survival.
The funny thing is the Surgeon's reaction to my medical history..... He was sure I had handed him someone else's. He said I must have had a "Full Life" before I was 50 and now I was reaping the rewards.
