I did some reading on your new diagnosis of Myleofibrosis. I didn't understand some of what I read except that as you pointed out, it is rare. I do hope your doctors can find a protocol that will help you and stop, or slow, any progression.

Come back anytime to check in and give us an update (when you can take a break from working on your tan!) But seriously... take care!

Best wishes... Catherine

Thanks for the good news!

Sorry for the "next" diagnosis. It seems as though Jason Robard's line in "Parenthood" is appropriate........ "It never Ends... It just never ends!"

Keep the faith...... And carry on!

Sorry to veer off topic, but if you're interested (or knowledegable), my new diagnosis is Myleofibrosis, a rare blood disorder (cancer). Neither doctor associates it with BC, or treatments. Been tough to research and understand, so quite confused. Thanks.

Congrats on reaching the Big 12 mark with a clean cysto. Tense time waiting to hear those words from the doc, so that is great news.

So sorry to hear you are now dealing with another medical issue. I know the BC diagnosis and treatments have been an unpleasant roller coaster ride, and now thinking about having to go for yet another bumpy ride is disheartening. All I can say is to hang tough, ride out those depressing days, and find the best doctors you can to work with.

Please feel that you can come back here anytime for support, BC or not.
Sending you my highest hopes for the best possible outcome...

Best wishes... Catherine

Thanks. Hope good news is an inspiration to others. Unfortunately, my new situation has me baffled, confused, and depressed. No place to turn such as the nice ABLCS people. Trying not to fall into the "Don't give a damn" hole.
