Happy Anniversary!

My wife and I love Inner Harbour. We lived in Australia for a couple of years. However, when we lived there it was something like 47 cents U.S. to the Aussie dollar so everything was VERY inexpensive. My friends in Oz always told me to buy Aussie dollars. Alas, I never did so I will be working forever....

Glad your sister is getting better and I hope you get completely better very quickly!

Hey Rocky... Glad to hear your sister is improving with the PT. And, I'm sure you are happy to have this surgery behind you. Now the even harder part... waiting for that darn path report!

And, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! That sounds like a fun (and funny) evening, but YIKES :woohoo: -- a $10 baked potato!

Hope your post-surgery discomfort goes away quickly and you are feeling better very soon... like tomorrow!

Best wishes... Catherine

Hi guys, I got my surgery on thru . Now I wait a week for my path report to see what it is. Seems like I am having more pain and bleeding than I usually have when they do this but I guess this happens . This is the first time that the bleeding lasted more then the day of the surgery. I never felt where the the tube went down my throat before but I do this time . Maybe since it is a teaching hospital someone was new at the old tube down the throat stuff , cause my throat sure is sore !!
I was in Flordia to help with my sister that has the tramatic brain injury for a couple of weeks and then came home for the surgery . It was really hard to leave her and to have to tell her why I had to leave. she is making slow but good progress with her pt, learning to walk, and talk again. It makes my problem look like nothing. She is relearning her life functions all over again. Thank God though other than forgetting the accident and the coma and hospital she remembers everything else. It is so hard to watch her frustration . Her therapist are really great.
I go to john hopkins so my husband and I decided to stay at the inner harbour since the 27 th was also our 41 anniversary. We also ate at ruths chris steak house, he had a steak , I didn't get one because I was to busy laughing at the prices !! I wanted to know if the moo and hooves came with it ! They were very nice but the prices are crazy. ( 10 dollars for a baked potatoe ) I also don't like letting someone else park my car . I hate giving up my car !! No class I guess . lol
So now I wait for my path report . For my 42nd anniversary I am going deer hunting and eating turkey sandwichs like I usually do , God bless everyone , Rocky
