urination pain

I was given a med that would stop bladder spasms. The spasms would be very painful for a few weeks after. The med would turn my pee green, its called Prosed-DS.

I finally got a hold of the clinic. They said it may be an infection so another round of pills. If the pain dont go away after 5 days the probably have to summit a urine sample.
I did find out that 1 of the 3 antibiotics i was suppose to get wasnt given to me. one that turns the urine orange and help with pain. nice eh.

If it is your second TURBT you should be close to things not hurting so bad unless the doc had to dig pretty deep. My second TURBT was pretty painful and took about a month for the pain to subside, everyday it was slowly going away.

I would still call the office and talk to your doc or a nurse to be sure. Something that might help is to sit and let the bladder slowly drain using very little pressure.

Hello. I had a tumor removed 2.5 weeks ago. I had terrible pain during and for 5 to 10 minutes after urination since the surgery.
They use a liquid chemo held for 30 minutes after the surgery. The pain feels like it is coming from the outlet of the bladder and extends to the up through the penis. When the pain med wears off the pains doubles me over for about a minute then take 5 or so minutes to stop hurting.

Anyone have any idea to whats going on? This is my 2nd tumor surgery.
