Hi, I am 58 female had TURBT removal of multiple tumors + insertion of prosthetic stent just over 4 weeks ago. I have consultation for results tomorrow, although consultant says 90% sure superficial would like to know comments from others that have experienced this stage. Do you know if removal of stent will be under general or local anesthetic, my husband & I seem to remember general being mentioned but as I had only just come round from op can't remember for sure.
