MRI and Cytology Results

Congratulations! I'm sweating out my first cysto next week after my initial exam and a TURB and then a second exam to check the margins. That all began in March of this year. It seems like it ten years ago. I hope I get as good a report as you did, I'd like very much to get back to some semblance of a normal life.

Have the BCG sessions become cummulatively worse as you have gone along? That is the part that is giving me the shivers. I have read some awful stories in which the cure was worse than the illness. I guess only time will tell.

Back on 06/15/10 my cysto exam showed the bladder looked good.
Now my cytoloy was clear and this is the first time I didn't have something atypical of unknown reason.

Dr also had me undergo a MRI to make sure all else looked good. I received the results today which were normal with the exception of a liver cyst.

Today I just had my 18th BCG treatment and according to my watch I have about 4 more hours until I start feeling the side effects.

Next appointment is not until 12/10, what a great feeling.
