Great. Sounds like you are really "taking the bull by the horns" Wild Bill  You're definitely on the right track!
I can't believe how many people with BC are still smoking  Boggles the imagination.
I'm on a similar diet (no diabetes though). I think we can beat this thing...............

Hi Bob P. Diet is mainly no sugar low carbs cuz I have type 2 diabetes as well. That, I didn't know about until this whole thing started. So, no junk, no cookies, no soda, chips. Now I have discovered cranberry juice (diet), ice green tea, whole grain bread, lots of vegetables, walnuts, oatmeal, blue berries, wild salmon....all the super foods. I lost 30 lbs and feel fantastic. Thanks for your thoughts
