After reading everything on Dr Lamm's website (and I am a big fan of Dr Lamm :)) I decided to just try to increase my Vit A through fruits and vegies along with my multi Vit and other supplements.Fish oil,Vit E etc. I just feel your body absorbs the nutrition easier, and, gee, it tastes good and can fill you up

Oncovite is the one by Dr. Lamm.

If you're taking it to prevent recurrence, don't pay any attention to the dosage on the bottle. Go to his website and look there. The bottle says take one at bedtime.

In the study he used 2 tablets twice a day(four times the amount listed on the bottle).

I didn't find that out until after my recurrence. However, even the dose on the bottle is megadoses of some vitamins.

Oncovite ingredients
Vitamin A: 9,000 IU
Vitamin C: 500 mg
Vitamin D3: 400 IU
Vitamin E: 100 IU
Vitamin B1: 0.37 mg
Vitamin B2: 0.5 mg
Vitamin B3: 5mg
Vitamin B6: 25 mg
Folate: 0.4 mg
Vitamin B12: 1.6 mg
Vitamin B5: 2.5 mg
Zinc: 7.5 mg

Here is some additional info: Oncovite

and you can find out more on Dr. Lamm's website: Dr. Lamm

I would not use anything non FDA approved or something that cost $70.00.....the extra Vitamin D...2000IU is ok if you happen to be deficient in it but if you're not you'll get side effects...big time! They can run a blood test to check your D. I had it done when diagnosed with breast cancer as many seem to be deficient in D. I wasn't...i was right in the middle values.
All i would recommend would be a FDA approved multi-vitamin
and maybe some extra C.
