Glad to hear the treatments are over and with minimal effects. Watch for a discharge as that would also indicate prostatitis. I've been down that road before and if left untreated can be serious. A couple of weeks of antibiotics takes care of it. Good luck :)

Five reoccurences (last 12/09 Ta high grade)
BCG Started 10/09 (2 6wk treatment)

Glad to hear you are through with the last installment for a while. Hope your next check goes well. I contracted prostatitis from BCG treatments - that could cause some pain and burning - requires about 30 days of antibiotics but I felt better after only a couple of days.

But always bring up any odd pains to your doctor.

(#6 complete, now a 3-month break before we start again)

Well the Cath was easier this time (although I know when the cath passes thru the prostate :S ), however about 1 1/2-hrs later, I was bleeding like a stuck-pig:S After about 6-hours, it went to pink and visually anyway, at about 8-hours I got normal color!

1st post-op Cysto is scheduled for Aug 11. Am having odd dull-pain deep in my butt, but do not know what that is from!
