In 2004 the World Health Organization (WHO) came up with new grading and stage terminology.....but i sure couldn't find a WHO 3/3?

Though CIS is stage 0 it is always high grade.
Back in 2002 when i was diagnosed it said T2 grade 2....no a,b, or c's with it and my first TURB stated T2 urothelial tumor arising out of CIS. My second TURB at MSK stated T2 grade 2 and no invasion seen. Recommendation was to take out the bladder...that sounded wierd to me but every consult after that said the same thing. When my bladder was examined after cystectomy no cancer was found..only a few dysplasic cells floating around deciding whether to be a cancer or not!! So go figure?

P.S. just read an article on Uro Today from Spain which answered my question as to why they put me on the list to get that bugger out of me.
