Recent Cysto

Yes it was focal CIS, in three spots but all on the same side of the bladder wall.

Nix that would be great. Was yours in one spot? Was it focal CIS. I will let you know what happens tomorrow which is the big day.

My FISH test came back negative and all my Cytology tests also came back "clear" two weeks before my TURB 9/07 - when the biopsy came back CIS. Hopefully, that is a sign that we caught it early:laugh:

Nix I had the initial 6 treatmenst one year ago without side effects. Then hopkins dr suggested because my bladder was quite irritated to wait for continuing treatment. Three subsequent cysto were clean. I did not have the 3 maintenance until this past February. This will be my first cysto follow up after the 3 maintenance treatments. Still uncertain if CIS was present in first followup as cytology and fish were negative and 5 pathologist showed no return, one found fish. I am like you that I had TA low grade that possibly returned as focal CIS. Appears we are in a small percentage of people where the TA low grade progresses.
