Hey Yose,

It's so good to hear from you and that you are doing well.

I am now 3 years and 4 months with no recurrance. I do Green Tea and Garlic every chance I get. Also, I am on a Celebrex prescription for the arthritis which may be helping the cancer. Still, it's all in God's hands, ain't it??

(I keep looking for it to come back, but not yet.)

Keep up the good work!!!

a message from our old friend YOSARIAN

"So sad to hear of the losses...my heart goes out to all as well as my humble prayers for the lost and those that grieve them.
I kind of lost touch after the site format changed and somehow my username and password and just about everything else got jumbled up..but i used that as my cowardly excuse to stay away since as you know at least pschologically i practice the ostrich head in the sand method of dealing with things.
Another reason is that I HAVE HAD GOOD NEWS...it has now been just over 2 years since being first diagnosed (T1G3) and just under 2 yrs since my first TURBT so far so good...wait...let me find some wood to knock on...ouch that hurts...
I am continuing Dr. Lamms protocols as well as the Oncovite, Selenium, pomegranite, garlic, and green tea. Lamms maintenance schedule but on the reduced 10%BCG concentration. I have the BCG in Florida..a new Doctor who seems much more competent than my old Fl. Doc and Dr. Herr is still there should i need him.
Please pass on my GOOD NEWS to any who might benefit from it...i feel great. Look okay, and just had a cysto about 2 weeks ago and everything looked peachy keene....
Please convey my warmest regards wishes hopes yada yada yada to Rosemary, Wendy, Doc and all BLC warriers out there.
