Thank you to all who responded. I feel much more comfortable with my decision now. But, I'll not be complacent. Is this a great forum or what?

I often had red spots which turned out to be nothing, so if you must take a break, take it with a modicum of peace of mind, but for your own sake, don't choose to ignore them. If the red areas persist at some point you need to get them biopsied.

Sometimes the reocurring cancers get to you. I found that a few months ago I just had to say "stop, is this life threatening or can I take some time off from this anxiety?" I put off the Turb without incident, although I knew I would have to go through with it in time. I don't think doctors would recommend this, but sometimes a patient just knows that they must stop and rest awhile. Sometimes you just have to trust your own instincts and turn the constant worry off. Good luck, you can do it!

Same for me.....I had those red spots at the tumor location on the two follow-up cystos following my TURB. I don't think you are out of the norm on this.

Don,
I think we have all been there - sometimes enough is enough. I my last two cystos also had red spots - he biopsed during the cysto and it was just from the BCG. I have found that if it is on my mind, better to get it done that think about it all the time.
Good Luck
Nix
