Hi all-
After not sleeping well last night, I thought I'd touch base with you all and see how do you deal with the anxiety and worry leading up to your regular cysto appointments?
I'm not concerned about the cysto itself but about the potential results. I had TURB done back in January so this is my second three-month follow up.
I'm 35 years old and it is really starting to sink in that this will be a long haul. I need to find a way to accept and manage this stress since this is now a regular part of my life.
Sorry for the whining, I know this is small beans relative to what others are dealing with.
