I do the same thing Sandi. I go in thinking they will probably find something. My last one was clean though so that was great. I go back in Aug. for my 3 month checkup and praying I get the all clear again. I think we all have different ways of dealing with this.

I always like to be prepared for the worst. I go in totally expecting my doctor is going to find something. Maybe this is negative thinking, but I feel I'm prepared. I also pray a lot and have others pray for me. Then, when the news is good, there's big relief.

We are all worried before our cystos. I have had several three month cks, Of course it is normal to be worried, however, if something does turn-up you are on top of it!. Think positive and after the good news (and celebrating) sail thru the maintenance BCG. Good luck, Slabman, let us know the results!

I know your concerned, we are all over the top when facing tests etc. I learned one thing before my husband had his r/c, all the worry on his face made me so sad, but realized the worry did us no good at all, positive attitude and prayer of others did us the most good. I can tell you of a couple members who had treatment in the Dallas area, I will look them up and get back to you, take care, it may not be so bad,, Ginger smile anyway!!

On Monday the Doc will do his first inspection since removing the tumor 3 months ago. I've been through the 6 BCG's and am now getting apprehensive about this as I'm sure all of us do. Of course, I'm fearing the worst...what else can one do?

In view of this I want to be ready for seeing a local Uro-Oncologist if necessary. I live in the Dallas TX area and wonder if anyone has a referral they'd share with me. thanks.
