I looked at their website........geez.....thats an eye-opener. It just seems to me like they are wasting valuable time when there are experts in the field of blc

Hello to all who have taken interest in my case... I have some updates.... I found a new doctor and social worker who have made huge steps in getting me help. I have seen an ID doctor also.. None of these doctors have still been able to figure out whats going on to me.... So now I am being sent the WAR RELATED INJURY AND ILLNESS RESEARCH STUDY CENTER, in D.C..... I still have so many mixed opinions on what could be wrong with me. I will send more updates once I get rolling in D.C. July 14th

Michael, Let us know the outcome of your meeting with the urologist and patient advocate. I checked with my sister to make sure I had my facts straight. When she had kidney cancer the VA brought in a specialist to do a procedure that the Chief of Urology assisted at. When she had her hysterectomy the VA in Phoenix did not have a surgeon on staff who had done gynecological surgery so they did arrange for her surgery to be done elsewhere. It was a slow process in both cases. I have found the the VA does not move with speed. The good news is 5 years later my sister is still cancer free.
Also did they VA call in an infectious disease specialist to rule out Schistosomiasis.
