Hi Slabman,
I don·t think the tumour itself, or the TURB physically cause fatigue, unless there may have been considerable blood loss. I presume your bloodwork prior to TURB showed adequate iron levels. However, coping mentally with the diagnosis of cancer definitely can cause anxiety and depression which in turn causes fatigue. At first, I don·t think one hour in the day went past without my thinking about it, but it gets better with time. What I found increased my energy levels was actually exercising more ! Daft though it may sound !I would check with your doctor that you are not anaemic, and that there is no reason why you shouldn·t up your exercise, but I can definitely reccomend it.
Cheers Flamenco

I just had my TURB done 10 days ago and await my first BCG treatment. T-1, Grade 3 tumor. I have had increasing general fatigue over the past few months and now it is at it's worst. I run out of energy at mid-morning and feel like sleeping all the time. Soooo...is this a normal condition with this medical issue or do I have something else going on here?
