T1G3 multiple sites

Thanks for replying. I haven't had treatment because each time I went in for a cysto a few weeks after the TURBT, I had a recurrance, had to schedule the next TURBT. My doctor laid out the two options of BCG (6 week course and a boost every 3 months for 3 weeks, for 3 years) or RC. If I have one recurrance, he'll strongly recommend RC, but at this time, it's my choice. I did have one treatment of Mitomycin C after the last TURBT a few weeks ago. I know nobody can decide for me, but it's good to have other people's experiences as a backdrop, so I thank you for sharing. I've read a lot of studies that seem to suggest RC offers longer life expectancy. However, I do feel like I'm going nuts!!!

I am dx'd with T1 G3 disease and also with multiple tumors at initial diagnosis. I have not had recurrance after two years, however, I have been treated with Mitomycin C and also BCG.

What is your Doctor recommending? Is he suggesting that you take a course of BCG?

Why haven't you had treatment?

I have T1G3 multiple sites, invasion into lamina propria only and two recurrances within 3 months...had 3 TURBTs. Strongly considering RC now...have not had any BCG. I know it's a grey area and totally my decision, but I'm interested in anyones experience with similar diagnoses. Thanks so much...this is my first post on the forum, and it's very informative.
