Hello Jean... what wonderful news that you are finished with your chemo and have had positive results. You have been so brave throughout your treatment and kind to share your experiences and thoughts here.

With the approaching spring, I hope you blossom right along with the trees and flowers. It is a great time of renewal!

Best wishes,
Catherine

My chemo is done and my latest CT. scan was very good. One tumor gone, one reduced to a dot and lymph nodes are fine.It will now be wait and see with checkups every few months and another scan in 6 months. Had to have another blood transfusion and some platelets last week so I am feeling much better and hopefully I will get stronger every day. For anyone starting the chemo journey I wish you courage and hope.
Blessings....Jean

Jean,Like you making cookies with your granddaughter, I find myself many times doing something with my children or grand children and I will take a moment to look up and remind myself how lucky I am. Know doing those tough chemo times that there is a good reason to fight. Wishing you a good xmas and a great outcome.

I was quite sick after the third round and did not feel well until this past Tuesday. This past Thursday I had my CT. scan and as usual the prep. made me sick but today I am feeling well. I even made cookies with my granddaughter tonight. I get the results of the scan on Monday and more chemo if my numbers are good.
